BLACKOODS – Terms & Conditions
1. Product Quality Assurance
All products sold by Blackoods undergo thorough inspection and quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Blackoods are final. Refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be accepted due to change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or any reason not related to a verified manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that a product is received with a major manufacturing defect or significant transit damage, customers must notify Blackoods within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Clear photographs and/or videos must be provided as supporting evidence for assessment.
4. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests will be considered only after verification and approval by the Blackoods team. Approval of an exchange request remains solely at the discretion of Blackoods.
5. Exchange Request Time Limit
Any exchange request submitted after the stipulated 48-hour period from the date of delivery shall not be eligible for consideration.
6. Post-Delivery Liability
Blackoods shall not be responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, including but not limited to damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. No repairs, warranties, replacements, or exchanges will be provided in such cases.
7. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference purposes only. Blackoods shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information. Blackoods shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been confirmed and dispatched.
10. Product Usage
All products must be used strictly for their intended purpose. Blackoods shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or consequential claims arising from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow recommended usage guidelines.
11. Sports Equipment Disclaimer
Cricket bats, sports equipment, apparel, footwear, accessories, and related products are subject to normal wear and tear during regular usage. Such wear and tear, including surface marks, scuffs, grip deterioration, bat knocking damage, or performance reduction due to usage, shall not be considered manufacturing defects and will not qualify for refunds, replacements, repairs, or exchanges.
12. Right to Amend
Blackoods reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products and services shall constitute acceptance of any revised terms.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Blackoods, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
